Tier statuses are valid for 24 months from the date they are achieved.
To maintain your tier status, you must complete the following number of new rental orders within a 24-month period:
- Play Starter: 3 rentals
- Play Pro: 7 rentals
- Play Champion: 12 rentals
Extensions of existing rental orders do not count towards tier progression.
Tier status is reviewed every 24 months. Customers will be notified of their status renewal or adjustment.

Little Footprints Play Club program is open to all registered customers of Little Footprints Rentals.
Participation is automatic upon the completion of the first rental order.
Little Footprints serves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

Tier status is determined by the total number of new rental orders completed.
A rental order is defined as a single transaction, regardless of the number of items rented.
Extensions of existing rental orders do not count towards tier progression.
Both individual rental orders and subscription months count towards tier progression.
All rental orders placed on or after April 1st of 2024 will be counted towards tier progression.
Tier status is automatically updated upon the completion of a qualifying rental order.

Discounts apply to rental fees only and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Free shipping on swaps is subject to standard delivery areas and conditions.
The birthday gift is subject to change, and will be given once per 24 months, to the child of the account holder.
Add on toys are subject to availability.

Little Footprint Rentals reserves the right to modify or change the program benefits, requirements, or terms and conditions at any time.
Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or website announcement.
